Wow, Wilmslow Car Sales is the best garage we have ever bought from!
I was looking for a VW 4x4 car for my daughter and found a vehicle at Wilmslow Car Sales. Simon dealt with the initial enquiry and even promised to stay until her arrival later that day for the viewing. As a young female attending the garage she was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The communication was outstanding, fast and efficient. The car was as described and prepared quickly ready for collection. Would highly recommend with a personal and friendly service. Very professional and an excellent service. We saw the car we wanted on autotrader and went to view, Stuart gave us all the information that we needed and asked for. The car was exactly as advertised, after a test drive we purchased the car there and then as it was already serviced and ready to go. I purchased a car. And wanted to trade in a car which I brought from this company 5 years ago. Nothing wrong with that vehicle. Just wanted a newer model. The same great service as before. Went to view the car. On the test drive the car was what I expected awesome. I've had the car for about 4 months. Put just over 3 thousand miles on the clock Aroads and country lanes no issues. When I brought both my cars from this company the experience was the same. Open and honest just a great relaxed atmosphere. I can't recommend them highly enough.

No Pressure Sales & Excellent Customer Service
My second time buying from Wilmslow Car Sales, as I knew from previous experience that they are trustworthy. A mechanic several miles away sent me there in the first place! Both times they have offered fantastic customer service, and a fantastic range of cars to suit all tastes and budgets. Simon is extremely knowledgeable about all the cars and answers all questions in a friendly manner. They never try to pressure you into buying, and let the customer take the lead all stages of viewing and purchase. Part exchange has always been extremely generous too! So long as they continue to have cars in my budget, I'll never go anywhere else!

From first point of contact, Wilmslow Car Sales were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. I live a fair way from Wilmslow but I was more than happy to travel to view a car based on how they were over the phone initially. When we arrived the great service continued as we were met by the owner, sorry didn't catch name, and Simon who I had spoken to. Nothing was too much trouble. I asked for a few bits to be done to the car and these were all done. I was very happy with the part exchange price for my car. My new car was ready when they said it would be, and I drove away very happy. Thank you guys.

Amazing service
I bought a car & after ten days it came up with an engine fault on the dashboard and went into limp mode, wasn't happy at all. It happened on a Sunday & when I phoned WCS was told to ring back the next day as they were only open for sales. I thought typical!! However the next day I phoned and spoke Simon who promptly said they would send someone to pick the car up which they did at dinner time the same day, on Wednesday dinner time it arrived back all done!! Amazing service from Stuart ,Simon & not forgetting the delivery driver. Can't fault this company & would not hesitate to recommend. It's where I will go in future and I live in Sheffield. Thanks again for restoring my faith in car dealers.

Car sales the way it should be.
I found Wilmslow car sales on auto trader with the car & model & Spec I wanted in stock. On arrival the car was immaculate . Polished and prepped as you would expect a new car to be at a main dealer show room. Stuart showed me the car and then left me to check for myself an go for a test drive on my own, the car drove so well It turned into an extended test drive several miles longer than I needed.. I was so impressed that I paid a deposit to secure the car there and then. And returned later in the week to complete the sale and arranged with Stuart for the car to be delivered. Delighted is an understatement, From the first call I made to see if the car was still available to arranging a viewing to the car being delivered . Proper nice car at a great price
Thought I would try Wilmslow Cars again when looking for a new family car as all we had found round Crewe and Stoke were tatty cars littered with dents and no history. Found a great car straight away which was spotless with a proper service history and it was more than a thousand pounds cheaper than the others we looked at. And the guys did a new MOT and service in the price. This my third car now from Wilmslow Cars and I am sure I will be back again in future.

Helpful Trustworthy Business!
They were so lovely and helpful from the start. I purchased a car and it wasn't the right fit and they happily took it back so that I could purchase a more suitable one. Both times the car went to the workshop and any niggly issues were fixed without even having to ask. I went to a few other small car sales businesses before coming here where I felt uncomfortable and untrusting of the salesman, but here I had the opposite feeling completely. I'd highly recommend buying a car from Stuart and Simon.

Top advice, super recommendation, saved me thousands and a car.
I bought a very low mileage, bright yellow, Kia Piccanto 2 for my daughter as her first car. It was in immaculate condition and test drove beautifully. We bought the car and I drove it home to Loughborough and it was lovely. The last thing Simon did before we left was to recommend we take the Formula 2 warranty, he said it was great value and also gave free roadside recovery. All in all I am normally very reluctant to take any sort of extended warranty, but Simon was sincere and onside So I took the advice. What a great piece of advice it was. Completely out of anyone's control the car suffered a sequence of breakdowns needing recovered to Kia 3 times, the immobiliser changed, the crankshaft controller changed, the ECU changed and lastly the camshaft controller. all of which was completely covered by the warranty Simon recommended, with no effort or input from me - all handled between Kia and Formula 2. So the car was super value, but of greatest value was the sincere and honest advice from Simon. He genuinely cares about you and wants the very best. Thank you very much

Great Service from a great team
Fantastic customer service, from the first contact the guys were very open and transparent. The whole sales process was really easy. Purchased remote (from other side of the country) so had a very detailed set of videos, they called out any marks etc. Great communication throughout. They even helped me get a tow bar fitted locally to them before it was delivered. An excellent buying experience
It's the 1st time I've purchased a 2nd hand car for many years. Both Stuart and Simon gave far more help and care than any main dealership I've experienced. The car I bought was a 17 plate Peugeot 308 2.0 HDI GT- LINE. On arrival my first impression was how well set out and how immaculately all the cars were presented. The whole experience was relaxed without that annoying sales pitch. Let's be honest- we don't need a cocky salesman talking as though you've never seen a car before!! These lads just presented the car, let me take it for a run and after I decided to buy the car, they made the hand over straight forward. I would certainly recommend anyone to go and have a look what they have for sale.

Great after sales care
A few weeks after buying a Renault from WCS the car developed a fault, that could not have been detected prior to sale. Stuart was really helpful and offered a very fair after sales service.
